Good intentions, flawed execution
The staff were kind and eager to assist . The location offered easy access to transportation and local attractions enhancing my overall experience.
The noise from nearby tram lines was quite disruptive at night affecting my sleep. The room layout was odd with little storage space making it inconvenient for my belongings.

It was trip and we would stay here again. This hotel was great place for exploring Milan, really enjoyed it and property's very amiable and amazingly attentive staff on the reception desk. The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent for walking around Corso Como. There was a good choice of restaurants and pub nearby to try.

Recommend it for the value-seeking group
Now listen. The staff were really good, especially this guy at the night desk who helped us with everything when we arrived late. And the breakfast, it was good, very good, a variety of options that really hit the spot. Had some fresh pastries and coffee, just what you need to start your day right.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but honestly, it was acceptable for what we got.

We are so happy that we had chosen Cervo between many of the hotels we were concidering. The staff was great, they helped with everything we needed.Rooms were being cleaned every day and towels changed.Breakfast was also great rich and various.Location couldn't be better-metro station 500m away to take you to Duomo. We are deffinitely coming back some day :)

The leaving I guess.
The room looks like it was ancient. Being the location (very close to Milan Central Station), you would expect excellent (or at least good) conditions. Wireless was only in the reception, the room looks like it had at least 50 years without any reconditions, on the walls there was some sort of textile material (which was kind of dirty/old-ish). The elevator was i think the very first elevator in the world. Very small (we barely managed to enter with two medium backpacks) and seems to be very insecure (I decided to use stairs in the morning). However, I was lucky enough to stay there only one night. If I ever go to Milan again, I will certainly NOT pick this hotel again!

Well-designed rooms with a modern touch, and the awesome shower was a highlight. The location is great, just a short walk to key attractions, and public transport options are easily accessible. The staff was very accommodating and even provided extra pillows on request. Some noise from outside was noticeable at night, and the lack of parking options was inconvenient. Dining options were limited with mostly international dishes, leaving something to be desired.

The location was great. Just opposite the bicycles available to take, and also very close to the Repubblica Metro station. Also, trams pass outside the hotel and the stop is seconds away! It is 5 minutes' walk from Garibaldi station to travel and Garibaldi bars for the night. Breakfast was quite good, too. Free Wifi was also useful, even though somewhat slow.
The hotel, despite being greatly renovated, does show its age at some points. This might not be a favourite for some people, but in overall the building is very good.

Airy and spotless room with three real beds, welcoming staff. Friendly service everywhere. Everything good. Very central location, at a medium distance from Antonia Jannone.

Great fit for a day tour in Milan with a good value-to-price ratio. The breakfast was surprisingly good, with a nice variety. If you're looking for space, better book in advance to snag a larger room.

We had to go to the us Embassy in Milan to take care of a stolen passport so we chose Hotel Cervo for it's proximity. The staff was extremely gracious, friendly and helpful. The rooms are not modern but very clean and the overall atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing.

It is close to the Republica metro station, just three stops from the Duomo station (center). There is also a bus and a tram stop very close. I would suggest the metro though,we never waited more than two minutes.Nice area with quite a few restaurants around (there is also an Irish pub right next to the hotel). Although our room was at the first floor, there was no noise from the street when the window was closed. The room was big enough and the bed was large and comfortable. Air con worked fine, not loud. The bathroom was decent, with hot water all day. Free WiFi in the room. Breakfast was ok. Apart from all the sweet stuff, they offer scrambled and boiled eggs, bacon and sausages.
The shower was very small. Ok you could take a shower, but they could 've made it a bit bigger. Would have liked more fruit or a fresh juice in the breakfast bar. No english speaking tv channels (or any other language other than Italian actually).

I thoroughly enjoyed the stylish decor and modern amenities. The hotel is well-designed, with smooth transitions and comfortable seating areas. Everything felt cute and thoughtfully arranged .
More comfortable seating in common areas would help.

Good location and Good breakfast Wonderful View !! There haven't offer the dinner, so I need to eat outside; however, I think that is good because I can enjoy the Mlilan's night and deliciouse food. But, I need to say that if u have no time to take a dinner, a supermarket is near, so very convenient. comfotable bed that I could get a good sleep.
I also want to say there have no a micromave oven and electric boiler , so I can't heat the food(I bought it from the supermarket because I went back to hotel late) . That's a bad point I think.
